Utilities

Electric service is provided by Ameren UE Company. Ameren UE provides a 15% discount for the first five years to new or existing companies who either commence operations or increase their demand load by at least 200 KW. The normal rate structure resumes after the fifth year.

Gas Service is also provided by Ameren UE Company. The ANR Pipeline that lies north of Louisiana is also available.

Telephone Service is provided by AT&T.

Water source is provided by the Mississippi River and service is provided by the City of Louisiana. The capacity is 2.1 million gallons per day, average consumption is 750,000 gallons per day and peak consumption is 1 million gallons per day.

Sanitation supplier is City of Louisiana. It is a contact stabilization plant with a capacity of 750,000 gallons per day. The load of the plan is 400,000 gallons per day.
